Free includes dashboard and manual trade entry (20 trades per month). Nomad Journal Pro is billed at $19.99 AUD/month via Stripe and unlocks unlimited trades, CSV import, Nomad process grades, AI Analytics, strategies and rules, screenshot analysis, and Backtesting (Beta). You can manage your subscription, update your card, and view invoices from your account page.
Manage your subscription
Sign in and go to Account → Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
Cancellation & renewals
Pro renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing; you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period and are not charged again after that.
Refunds
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we don't refund partial periods. If someone under 18subscribed using a card that wasn't theirs without the cardholder's consent, we'll refund up to the last 3months on request. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — if something isn't right, email us and we'll help. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Promo codes
Enter a promotion code at checkout when upgrading to Pro. Discount codes are managed through Stripe.
