Nomad AI Systems operates nomadsys.tech and related products (including Nomad Journal). This hub collects the policies that explain how we handle accounts, personal information, AI processing, cookies, security, and billing — including age eligibility (minimum 13+).

We take data protection seriously: hashed passwords, HTTPS, session controls, Stripe for card data, limited AI payloads, and clear rights to access, correct, or delete your data. We do not sell personal information for advertising, invent fake reviews, or claim medical/HIPAA-covered services.
