Quick answers

Screenshot AI looks empty / failed

Select the Position tool so Target/Stop labels show, crop tightly to the chart, and try again. Discord images saved as ".png" are fine — we sniff the real format. You can always fill prices manually and save.

Games won't Start / "warming tape"

First open after a quiet stretch often warms chart cache. Wait 5–10 seconds and tap Start again. If it still fails after two tries, email support with the game name (Trade or Fade / Target) and daily vs random.

Grade missing on a trade

Open the trade detail — Pro shows a letter top-right. Tap it for the report, or tap the dashed Grade control / Re-score if scoring was still running.

Page won't scroll with the mouse wheel

Hard-refresh once (stuck scroll locks from an old modal are fixed). If it persists, tell us browser + page URL.

How do I import trades from CSV?

Open Add Trade, then tap Import CSV. Paste a Tradovate / Apex Orders export or a ProjectX / TopstepX Trades export. Review the preview, then import into your active account. Free plans still count imported trades toward the monthly cap.
